Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly Subscription Plans

Monthly subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

2. Annual Subscription Plans

For annual subscription plans, we offer a partial refund window. If you cancel your annual subscription within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. After this 7-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

3. Credits & Usage-Based Charges

Any credits purchased or usage-based charges incurred (e.g., API calls beyond plan limits) are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused credits may expire according to the terms of the specific credit package purchased.

4. Cancellation Process

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period.

5. Refund Request Workflow

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under this policy, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your registered email address, invoice number, and a brief explanation of the reason for the request.
  3. Our billing team will review your request within 5-7 business days and notify you of the outcome.
